Organic matter magnetothermal decomposition energy conversion device.
The Fireprint equipment in China uses low-temperature pyrolysis instead of incineration for processing.
While the magnetothermal decomposition device may seem similar to an incinerator in processing organic matter, the process flow is quite different. High-temperature incinerators operate at temperatures of 600-1200 degrees Celsius, while Fireprint technology operates at 50-380 degrees Celsius.
Pyrolysis extracts all the heat from the organic matter through a chemical reaction, ultimately producing weakly basic ceramics. This weakly basic ceramic is called "magnetic powder," and its processing is similar to that of lime.
However, if the input waste contains inorganic materials such as metals, glass, or stones, extra care must be taken, as these substances will be extracted in their original form.
Traditional household waste and easily carbonizable materials in communities are processed by the process of organic matter (garbage, etc.) ¡ú ash (carbon-containing organic matter). This equipment, however, processes the ash (carbon-containing organic matter) ¡ú "heat source" (6-12 hours) ¡ú magnetic powder (non-carbon-containing inorganic matter). |
